About Katrina

Kat is passionate about two things: people and recruitment.

Kat co-founded MAYDAY in June 2016 and with a loyal client base has watched it grow to a trusted recruitment partner and service industry leader.  With over fourteen years’ experience both internal and agency, in the UK and Australia, Kat has recruited and managed high achieving teams across contingent and permanent hires.

Her objective is always to get the best outcome for her client base and will work tirelessly with her team to achieve this.  Kat is a strategic account manager who prides herself on knowing her customer, putting them first, and building relationships through trust, honesty, loyalty and respect.
