About Maisy McCleverty

With over six years of recruitment & business development experience in the UK and Australia, Maisy brings a dynamic and people-focused approach to her role at Mayday Technical.

Having started her career recruiting maintenance engineers for the NHS in London, she’s come full circle — now specialising in manufacturing maintenance engineering here in Sydney.

Throughout her career, Maisy has developed deep expertise across construction and property, covering not just FM maintenance, but also white-collar construction and trades and labour hire. Known affectionately as “the high-end queen” for her niche within luxury residential construction — from Mayfair townhouses to Sydney’s seaside mansions — Maisy combines a sharp commercial instinct with a genuine passion for people.

Driven by her love of making meaningful connections, Maisy takes pride in guiding candidates through life-changing career moves and delivering tailored, high-quality outcomes for her clients. Her ability to build trust and truly understand individual needs underpins everything she does.

Outside of work, Maisy is a keen runner who completed three back-to-back half marathons this year. Living by the beach, she values mindfulness, staying active, and spending time in nature
